Description
Original UK Fontana black label stereo press LP, with the Dutch ESP-Disk sleeve!!
The ESP-Disk sleeve sleeve is only in G condition, with some ring/edge wear on the outer cover & a cut off corner on the lower cover. The spine is intact, but worn & only partly readable, the plain inner is intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with no heavy marks or scratches & only one or two faint & wispy sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of one or two spindle markings. Overall the record still retains all its original sheen and looks great!! The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, a really great loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; 888802, 1Y-//2-420 mother stamper 1-1-2, 2Y-//1-420 mother stamper 1-1-3. This is one of very earliest copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1968 UK stereo 1st issue of this album!! All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, but everyones ears and decks are different, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund on return of the record, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!
