Peggy Seeger. Shine Like A Star 1958. Topic EP TOP 38. Songs of the old time Christmas. "Not all are Christmas songs, but all are related in mood."  Peggy with Penny and Barbara Seeger. Ruth Crawford Seeger, the mother of the singers on this record, made a collection of these songs and published them in 'American Folk Songs for Christmas', Doubleday, New York.

FINE condition. Small ink ticks and crosses against the seven songs.


These records are from my own folk collection and most of them have hardly or never been played.
