Never thought I'd find an original pressing of this amazing soul jazz LP, especially here in Australia... but here it is.
Yes this is the LP that has the incredible "Too Soon Your Old", and yes this really is the ORIGINAL PRESSING.
....and now for the nitty gritty on the condition.
The sleeve (the heavy paste on style) is in awesome condition, it still has the shrink wrap on it. On the front of the sleeve there is a small shadow from a price sticker. The back of the sleeve has a couple of tiny age spots near the sleeve opening.
The labels are completely clean, free of any writting, and no marks around the spindle hole.
The wax is briliantly glossy, with no scratches or hairlines, it just shows a little ultralight rubbing from the paper sleeve (the kind you often find on sealed vintage LP from years of storage). There are also a few tiny dimples in the wax (the kind often associated with private pressings) only visible when really scrutinising the vinyl (they are not detrimental to the sound in any way).
It sounds great... and it really does look as though it has only just been taken out of the shrink.
You really would be very hard pressed to find a better copy of this increadibly rare record.
