I am not experienced in rating records but will try to be as accurate as possible in describing its condition:

Cover Condition: Good Condition, edges are worn, three corners bent slightly

Dust Jacket Condition: Original, some wrinkles

Record Condition:  In nice playing condition, some minor surface scuffs, and one fingerprint.  If cleaned, I would have to rate it a conservative VG. 

Side 1, Track 3 and 4 have a couple of pops when you listen to it.
