Description

Pere Ubu - The Modern Dance. Original 1st Pressing issued in 1978 by Blank Records.  The LP is Near Mint and the rest VG+/VG.  RARE.  Debut album by one of the early major Rock/Art-Punk bands. Some have asked whether this album represented the birth of Post-Punk.  Cover VG+ - has a small missing corner - does not impact the artwork.  Sleeve has some staining on two edges.  Runout side A: [Etched] BLANK RECORDS 001 - A - CP4 [Stamped] STERLING; Runout side B, variant 1): [Etched] BLANK RECORDS 001 - B - CP3 [Stamped] STERLING. Recorded at Suma, Nov. 1977
Packing and shipping: All albums are shipped with record removed from sleeve and packed in foam layers along with sleeve and cover.  All is bubble wrapped and then sandwiched between stiff cardboard and secured with packing tape.  Finally, the packed albums are inserted into large fitted mailing envelopes, sealed with packing tape and shipped via bulk media USPS.
