Description

Charisma CAS 1067 - Original UK issue with the large "hatter" B&C label and the textured gatefold sleeve. A rare opportunity to pick up a copy of the second solo album issued by the legendary Van Der Graaf Generator front man. Issued in 1973 on the Charisma label this is a first A-2U B-1U pressing and it has the B&C "hatter" label and the textured gatefold sleeve. This is a rare album and never troubled any charts and it is difficult to find in any condition let alone in this superb condition. I rate it the best of his early albums and it really is intense & desperate stuff. Hammill is backed by his Van Der Graaf colleagues on a set which is the equal of their best work. Progressive rock at its' best. Both the sleeve and the disc are in beautiful condition and I grade them at near-mint.
