This Is Promo Issue Copy, So The Words "Sample" by Japanese Language are Printed on Both Labels, A Small Red Sample Sticker and A Numbered Sample Sticker Is on The Sleeve (Numbered Part Was Ripped Off Like The Photo 4).
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus.
