PHIL RANELIN - THE TIME IS NOW!!, Tribe TRCD-4006.

This 1973 recording features Phil Ranelin (trombone), Marcus Belgrave (flugelhorn), Charles Moore (trumpet), Haroun El Nil (alto sax),Wendell Harrison (tenor sax), Keith Vreeland (piano), John Dana, Reggie Fields (bass), Bill Turner, George Davidson (drums). All of the musicians also plays various percussion.
The tunes are The Time Is Now For Change, Time Is Running Out, Of Times Gone By, Black Destiny, 13th and Senate, He the One We All Knew Pt 1.

Condition of record is E, 3 tiny scuffs, no scratches, a couple of spindle marks, plays clean and quiet. Jacket shows some overall wear, 1/2 inch seam bottom right, radio station call letters have been written twice on front and back, and on labels.
