Sharks Band 45

The Sharks, a very popular band from Lancaster, PA back in the late 70's & early 80's were asked by the Philadelphia radio station, WMMR, to record a record for the Eagles.  The song is the Steve Miller Band song Fly Like An Eagle, only the Sharks called it "Fly With The Eagles".  They kept the tune but changed the lyrics.  This was for Super Bowl XV for the 1980 football season.  It is a one-sided 45 on green vinyl.  The pressing was very limited.  I would list the condition of the 45 as a strong VG.  There are a few "pops" at the beginning of the song.  This is a one sided 45.

The Sharks went on to win the MTV Basement Tapes and had a major recording contract with Elektra/Asylum Records.

This is an absolute MUST HAVE for any and all Eagles fans.  This is a true rarity!!
