Brand new, never played vinyl SIGNED by Phil Anselmo on the front of the slipcover for his solo album. Phil signed this for me during his tour supporting this album. I asked him to inscribe the dirtiest, filthiest thing he could think of at that moment. What was handed to me was more than I had ever thought it would be. Phil signed "C*NT F*CK KENNY CHESNE" and then signed it "Phil Anselmo '14. The photos are of the actual album you will receive. Comes with the black vinyl record.
