From the Vinyl Me, Please (VMP) and Discogs entries for the Clifford Ball 25th Anniversary LP Box Set:
12-LP 25th Anniversary vinyl box set of Phish’s acclaimed two-day festival The Clifford Ball featuring every note from Phish’s landmark concert that drew more than 70,000 fans to upstate New York in August of 1996. The box set features just under 8 hours of music, fully mixed and mastered, with six complete sets recorded live August 16 & 17, 1996 and pressed on a whopping 12 LPs with audio recorded by Paul Languedoc and vinyl mastered and lacquers cut by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering.
In addition to the 12 colored vinyl discs (Day 1 on Orange vinyl and Day 2 on sky blue), the deluxe box set includes a 40+ page book with extensive liner notes by Parke Puterbaugh and photographs from the weekend by Danny Clinch. 3800 were initially sold on the Dry Goods website. An unknown amount were also sent out to independent record shops.
Includes bonus "Flatbed Jam" LP not normally included with the box set. From the Discogs entry for the Flatbed Jam LP:
180g “Tarmac Pavement” pressing. To complete the weekend, Phish Dry Goods has an exclusive bonus LP of Phish’s late-night 37-minute “Flatbed Truck Jam” from their early AM drive through the parking lot, playing an ambient set on the back of a flatbed truck as fans slept.
Brand new, still in factory-sealed packaging and original shipment outer box. The first three photos are "stock" images from VMP's and the Phish Dry Goods websites. The others are of the actual products for sale.
