Description
Up for sale is a rare first and only pressing of Farmhouse, which in my opinion is there best album, it is arranged very well and has great flow to it. I originally paid $140 for it but I am willing to take a little hit on the price. You will definitely enjoy this albums for years to come, it is a really nice playable copy just not perfect as listed above in the condition description.

- Records will be cleaned with a VPI 16.5 before being shipped, to ensure you get the best sound possible.
- Records will be shipped in a bag outside of cover in a poly bag and bubble wrap in a cardboard LP mailer with cardboard stiffener.

- Records are not play graded and I will not accept returns dependent on sound quality. As a rule of thumb anything listed as VG and below "may" have lower sound quality then higher grades.
