From my personal collection. I picked this up at Magnaball in 2015. Never got around to playing it so it's still sealed. Number on the back is #004090. Vinyl will be Mint. David Welker print included and is Mint. Sleeve looks great and has been stored in my collection in the original bag since purchase.
