Description

Up for bid is a cylinder doll record entitled "London Bridge". This one is in very good condition, with some light wear, and a few scratches. Plays and sound good. I do not have one of these dolls, so it was played and recorded using an Edison Fireside Model A phonograph.
Click Here to listen the actual record.
These were made for various talking dolls (Madame Hendren, Madame Georgene, Mae Star, Dolly Rekord, etc.) and produced by the Averill Manufacturing Co. as well as other manufacturer's (Universal Talking Toys Co., etc.). The dolls (which were produced from the early 1920's through the late 1940's) had a wind up cylinder phonograph mechanism inside that played these records.
Will be packed well and shipped first class.
