Selling-up my extensive record collection. Lots of interesting LPs in the collection - do have a look at my other items, and there are new listings every week. I may have obscure things that you didn't even know you wanted!

A nice copy of this famous Floyd album, this example being from around 1971, made in UK. This is referred-to as the fourth stereo issue.

Pictures are my own photos of the items for sale. Photos are part of the description, have a good look.

Cover - is front-laminated with flip-backs. Is good but not perfect - front is a bit formed to the shape of the record, and there are some creases to the lamination. Back is good - some creases in the lamination on the flipbacks, slight ring-wear, taking off a little of the black ink. Inner sleeve is EMI, may well be the original.

Record - Looks very nice. Close inspection shows-up minor flaws - on side one, a small scratch on track 4, a short very light scratch on track 2, and a light fingernail mark on track 3. On side two, there are two short light scratches on last part of last track, and two tiny marks on track 2, these may be light impacts.

I have been collecting records for 50 years (when finances allowed!), and now it's time to sell-up. I bought them mostly around local shops (second-hand), but sometimes from e-bay, and sometimes new, for my favourite bands.

When I'm checking for damage on records, I look at them carefully with my reading glasses on, in good daylight. This method detects any bits of damage that will affect what you hear when listening to it - and lots that are not audible. Using a spotlight or direct sunlight shows more surfacey marks sometimes, but I don't do that - records are for listening to, not trying to see your face in.

I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad. Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.

They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.

This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices.

E-Bay UK tells me, they do NOT do combined postage in the Global Shipping Programme. Charges to the customer for delivery are whatever you're told they are - if you don't want to pay the postal / courier charges, then do not bid.

International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.

If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.

I WILL DEFINITELY NOT post to countries that are not included in the above lists, and I don't send to China.
