Pink Floyd - Animals

(Harvest SHVL 815 UK LP 1977)


This is a UK original 1977 LP pressing. It has a heavyweight matt gatefold sleeve. It comes with its original lyric inner sleeve. This is printed on card & has rounded corner tips. The vinyl has also been placed in a separate period plain polythene inner sleeve. The record has A-2U/ B-4U matrix stampers.



Gatefold Sleeve: There is a 4 cm area of more moderate rubbing wear at the front edge of the bottom spine area. There is some mild to more moderate, in places, rubbing wear to the bottom edge. There is some mild rubbing wear to the corner tips. There are a couple of areas of rubbing wear to the rear sleeve opening too. There is also a mild crease that runs vertically, near the spine, on the front sleeve only. VG condition

Vinyl: There are some light to mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. VG++ condition. The labels are in excellent+ condition & show very light spindle wear only. The Lyric Inner Sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light to mild rubbing wear in a few areas. There are no seam splits.

I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Very Near Excellent to Excellent overall & Excellent+ in some places. There is some light or very light crackle in a few quieter places.
