Very Nice copy of Pink Floyd, Animals.
I have checked on the Pink floyd archives site and this comes out as a UK 1st issue.
No bar code on back of gatefold. OC 064 984 34 printed at bottom of credits on back cover. Wide spine.
Matrix, Side 1: SLVH 815 A-5 Side 2: SLVH 815 B-7-1-2
The vinyl has a good sheen to it. Light surface marks visible under strong light. Both sides play lovely with some very quiet surface crackle in some of the quiet passages.
The cover is VG++. Good sheen to it on all sides. Some very slight indentations visible under strong light. Very light edge wear on top and bottom sides. The spine is excellent. The overall appearance is very pleasing.
The inner lyric sleeve is VG++. Front and back are excellent. Very slight edge wear and a 3cm seam split in the middle of the bottom edge. 10cm envelope style opening at the top.
The record labels are sound, no names or stickers on them.
I have cleaned the record on my Okki Nokki One cleaning machine. This removes all the dust and any dirt that has accumulated deep in the grooves and really improves the sound.
I have placed the record in a new anti-static, anti-scratch sleeve. Original inner sleeve is included, of course.
Overall, a very nice copy of this LP.
