A-3 B-3 MATRIX ENDINGS
2ND PRESS 1ST CORRECTED LIGHT BLUE OUTLINE TRIANGLE
AFTER THE SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE WAS REJECTED BECAUSE THE TRACK LISTING COULD NOT BE READ, ALONG CAME THE LIGHT BLUE OUTLINE TRIANGLE. THIS WAS ISSUED ON THE SAME RIM WORDING LABEL AS THE SOLID BLUE IN THAT 'THE GRAMOPHONE CO' WAS THE WORDING THAT WAS AROUND THE RIM AND MADE IN GT. BRITAIN NEAR BOTTOM OF LABEL. THIS WAS ALMOST AS QUICKLY REPLACED BY THE 'EMI RECORDS' WORDING. THE PRESSES THAT CAME AFTER THIS HAD A DARKER BLUE TRIANGLE OUTLINE
Sleeve has some corner wear mainly to top/bottom right corners. There is a bit of edge wear and a few marks on back and a bit of rub. It's flat and clean and has the original sticker
Vinyl is excellent, side 1 has only a couple of extremely faint hairline traces. Side 2 has a faint hazy patch and again a couple of extremely faint hairline traces and one very fine scratch. Checked under strong artificial light.
No posters or stickers but original inner is there
I have no way of play testing so it is sold as visually graded, it's a beautiful copy of this rare early pressing
