Description

Up for sale is an extremely rare UK issue of Dark Side Of The Moon from 1973. Label has the blue triangle which indicates that this is a UK first press. What makes this particular edition extremely rare is, that the machine-stamped etching in the run-out groove says ”SHVL-804-A” / ”SHVL-804-B” and no mother /stamper like the usual UK first pressings. Whether this is a matrix error / mispress or this was actually intended, I don't know, but it is definitely not a copy that you see every day. Cover has the original ”Pink Floyd Dark Side Of The Moon”-sticker on front, and includes the original black inner-sleeve saying ”PATENT Nos. 1125555 1072844” and ”MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN.” Posters / Stickers are not included.

Condition of record: VG++ (Sounds fantastic)

Condition of cover: VG+ (Minor tear from sticker removal on front, check the picture)
