it is made of glass

The cardboard "frame" it is in is tattered, but the item itself is mint.

I've had it for...well, since the album came out.

 

Again, this is not a vinyl record. 

I sure thought this would be the place to list it, though.  

It weighs 20 ounces so it is heavier than an album

However...

If this item is bought by someone buying a 12" vinyl album

I can include it for a few dollars more.

In other words, the price for international and Canadian shipping isn't firm.

If you are buying something that I can include this with,
