Description

As titled. In generally very good condition. There are a few minor blemishes on a couple of the records but inle very minor, mostly they are mint . The packaging/sleeves are in good order, just showing signs of light handling, but nothing you wouldn't expect, with the exception of a very tiny dint on the outer box.

3)      Please note that although we make every effort to remove the previous owner’s content, because the items are second hand, we cannot guarantee that items with storage devices are completely cleared of all files etc.

Payment/Collection

1)      Save on postage - All items can be collected from our high street shop in Leamington Spa (address above).

2)      We accept PAYPAL, Postal Order, Cash (If collecting the item) & Bank Transfer. IF PAYMENT IS BY POSTAL ORDER ITEMS WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED UNTIL THE ORDER HAS CLEARED.

3)      If collecting, please pay cash on collection, or alternatively bring a print out of the paypal payment receipt.

4)      Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction end, unless by prior arrangement.

Postage

1)      We will dispatch all items within 2-3 working days of payment being received.

2)      All items are posted standard parcel, first class or first class recorded (where appropriate) via Royal Mail or a Courier service unless otherwise stated.

3)      Serial numbers/IMEI numbers are always recorded before postage.

4)      Proof of postage is always obtained

5)      Items which are not received/lost in post will only be refunded after the claim has been pursued through Royal Mail / Courier company, which can be up to

6)      We will combine postage on multiple purchases.

Returns / Refunds

1)      We offer a 14 day peace of mind guarantee for all Buy It Now sales. In the unlikely event an item has a fault that has not been listed in the item description we will issue a refund or replacement item. Any faults must be reported to us within 7 days of you receiving the item and the item must be returned within 14 days.

2)      Auction items are only returnable if either they are faulty, or differ from the description considerably. In these cases we will refund the return postage up to the value of the initial postage charge.

3)      Items must be returned in the condition we sent them in.

4)      Return postage is only paid where goods are faulty (where not described).

5)      Listings which describe an item as faulty are non-returnable. In addition certain listings may also be non-returnable.  If this is the case, it will be stated in the items description.
