Vinyl, MINT.
The sleeve is EX++. Aged by time, with unfortunate damage to the base back sleeve. SEE PICS CAREFULLY. 
Rhodesian / Zimbabwean sleeves were made from recycled board and as such are extremely crude and prone to wear.
A real rarity & a true survivor.
