Full disclosure:  I'm no vinyl collector - I tried for about 6 months, only spun about 3 records, gave it up.  I'm all about CDs - I can grade a shiny disc with absolute certainty, but not a slab of vinyl.
But having said that, under oath, I would call this vinyl NM.  It's the nicest looking 'used' vinyl I've got. I call it used because I did not open the shrink wrap.

I never played it and I'm fairly confident that the individual I bought it from never played it either. 

Gatefold jacket has a few minor signs of wear, so I guess it would be VG or something, I dunno.
