This Is White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" and Release Date "5 April" are Printed on Both Labels.

Disc are EX,Sleeve is EX Minus (No Bottom Split), OBI Has A Tear and Some Damage on Bottom Part.

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
