Description
Up for auction here is the Pink Floyd's 'Omayyad'. An original 1972 release (first pressing) with the large 1 and 2 labels. This one still has its original shrinkwrap, which has shrunk back slightly from the opening of the cover. Rare colour combination of Violet (cover) and Green (vinyl). This is the copy that was photographed for the floydboots website.
The vinyl looks near mint, can't really see anything to comment on.
The cover would be near mint also except for the following points... There is slight a colour fade on the very edge of the spine, the insert has left some slight black ink residue on the shrinkwrap on the rear of cover, and there is some wear on the rear cover by the opening, have tried hard to get pics of these, none of them are much of a big deal though. All in all a really sound copy of a very rare album.
