Here is a 1967 UK 1st STEREO pressing of their debut LP on the blue/black Columbia label: SCX 6157


  Matrix numbers: YAX 3419-1 & YAX 3420-1

Stamper codes: 1/R & 1/R

Vinyl weight: 141g


Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover with the 'File under..' text on the upper flipback.

Complete with its original black & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.



CONDITION
Disc: VERY GOOD +

This disc has received a moderate amount of play and both playing surfaces display some superficial surface wear in the form of wispy paper-type marks and the occasional light surface mark, but nothing deep or heavy.
The sound quality throughout is unworn with no intrusive crackle or groovewear. Our careful play-check at volume detected only a single click on 'Interstellar Overdrive' along with some regular low-level vinyl background between tracks.

  Cover: VERY GOOD +

A very respectable example with a bright glossy front panel baring some minor storagewear rubbing and a few 'thumbnail' wrinkles towards the opening edge. There is some light 'restoration' to the lower right corner and light shelfwear to the others but the exposed rear panel is clean & unblemished. All flipbacks are clean & in-place and both seams & the fully worded spine are unworn & fully intact.
