PINK FLOYD - THE PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN
ORIGINAL UK EARLIEST EVER MONO 1ST PRESSING FROM 1967

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK EARLIEST EVER POSSIBLE MONO 1ST PRESSING FROM 1967 ON THE ORIGINAL UK MONO BLACK / BLUE "COLUMBIA SX 6157" RECORDS LABEL. NO 'FILE UNDER POPULAR' ON BACK COVER. THE ORIGINAL UK EARLIEST EVER 1ST PRESS RECORD.

Some hairline and light scratches on the vinyl (nothing shocking) and overall looks real nice- tried to capture with the attached pics - but no clicking or buzzing when playing - it sounds totally brilliant...

The one upset is that it skips about 2 seconds of the beginning of Interstella Overdrive - (starts with 1 complete bar of the riff then the second bar comes in - doesn't make a skipping noise and may be able to be rectified if you know how? (cant really see where or why that bit jumps).

THE COVER IS THE GREAT ORIGINAL UK EARLIEST EVER 1ST PRESSING "LAMINATED" FLIPBACK COVER BY "ERNEST J. DAY & CO" WITH NO "FILE UNDER POPULAR" .
The usual wear/yellowing and laminate creases to be expected with a record almost 50 years old.

Inner sleeve is not the original just a plain one I put the record in years ago.

EARLIEST EVER POSSIBLE 1ST PRESSING "XAX 3419-2 & XAX 3420-1" STAMPED MATRIXES.

I do not want to sell this being a huge Barrett & Floyd fan but I have to let go because life is cruel...I sincerely hope it goes to a home that it will cherished in x
