Very rare FIRST pressing with the following IMPORTANT details..
1.'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT ON THE LABELS (CHANGED IN 1973).
2. TINY 'DOT' STYLE TEXTURING TO THE FULLY TEXTURED COVER (LATER ONES DONT!)
3. THE CORRECT 'WORLD COPYRIGHT LTD' LABEL CREDIT FOR 'BIDING MY TIME' (LATER ONES FROM 1973 ONWARDS DONT!)
4.1ST PRESS A-1 B-2 MATRIXES (THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS MATRIX ENDINGS !!)
5. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST - THE TITLES ARE NOT PRINTED ON THE TOP EDGE OF THE COVER … ONLY A TINY HANDFUL OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE (ONLY A FEW HUNDRED COPIES AT THE VERY MOST!) EVER HAD THIS 'BLANK' TOP EDGE TO THE COVER - AND ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS (RIGHT THROUGH UNTIL THE MID 1970s) THE TITLES WERE ADDED TO THE TOP EDGE OF THE COVER!)!!!!
cover: original un-laminated textured cover, superb clean EX++ with light creases .. the spine is perfect with all the writing clean and readable.....opening edges are clean,straight and sharp,no signs of use at all.. no rips,tears,splits or any other damages....
record,visual: superb clean EX- and EX with light and harmless, sleeve-removal type hairlines …it still retains its beautiful original sheen and looks GREAT
labels: AS CLEAN AS IT COULD BE with light spindle hole marks ..SRS 5071 A-1 and SRS 5071 B-2 with 1 GH and 1 HO stampers, VERY FIRST pressing …no tears,stamps or any other damages...
