Description
Hello Folks!!. My Syd/Floyd clearout continues with an extremely early 1/1 matrix pressing of See Emily Play, solid centre, (not later press out), with KT stamped B side. Originally purchased all those long years ago by my late mother. This was the record which spawned my obsession with Syd (and also provided my first Daughter's name!!), I remember listening to it as a child, and compared with my Father's Engelbert and Glenn Miller records, this seemed to jump from the speakers. The rest is history, and here I am now clearing all my old collection out. I still love the music, but all is now "digitised".
The record itself is still nice and shiny, with some surface marks, though hasn't been played in well over two decades. It's in it's original company sleeve and plays with no skips. It has stayed hidden inside another paper sleeve, in a stiff card outer, inside a singles case for at least the last 23 years until today's photo. You will not be disapointed, nor will you probably ever again find a one family owned copy with so low a matrix number, solid centre and KT stamp. An excellent addition to any collection. I will miss her greatly. Please ask any questions you have. If it makes enough I'll throw in free postage. Thanks and good luck!!!!
