1: Payment: Please pay within 24 hours of purchase. Anyone who doesn’t pay within 48 hours will have their transaction cancelled and I will have no choice but to report you as a non-payer. This is to allow me to re-list the item and also to ensure that I can keep providing my customers high quality products at reasonable prices.
2: Postage: I aim to offer postage included wherever possible but please note that postage is never free. Hermes now charge £3.05 for a small parcel up to 2kg. I reflect this in the price of my items and I attempt to cover the cost of shipping including all of the proper materials (boxes, fragile tape, bubble wrap. Filler, printer ink and paper etc) whilst still offering you the best value I can. Please bear this in mind when you are looking at my prices. I make on average 10% profit after all of the fees have been taken and I don't charge profit on the postage.
3: Returns: Please always contact me in the unlikely event that there is any issue with an item you have purchased. I will accept returns but buyer to pay for postage as I am not making any money on the postage out to you. I make sure I take decent photographs and I ensure any items are packed properly and securely and I try and put an honest and accurate condition description in my listings. Demanding a discount when the item arrives will be challenged as will any negative feedback because I won’t give a partial refund. Of course, if there is a genuine issue with any item then this will be dealt with following the eBay dispute process and I will do everything I can to resolve.
