I have been passionate about vinyl for 40 years and have been collecting ever since.  All my descriptions are honest and detailed. I take pride in the postage and packaging.

  

All records are professionally packed and include a new inner sleeve and anti-static liner to protect the original from splitting.  I offer a first class postage and all records are machine cleaned on a Moth MK 11 pro cleaner prior to grading and testing. Description


I Have done quite a lot research on this classic album and discovered that it is a very early pressing..

The outer G/F sleeve is in great condition and clean..the colour is more cream than white as they are on later pressings As you can see the bricks are misaligned and outlined in purple..It only has one seam on the cover so it has been produced from one piece of card rather than two in later presses..Inside the cover does not list the members of the band it only say words and music by roger waters..

The production credits David Gilmore, Bob Ezrin,Roger Waters..In later presses roger Waters is named First..

The inner sleeves are light brown inside instead of white found in later presses..

The inner sleeve catalogue numbers are on one line instead of three on later sleeves..

I am sure there are other differences that i have not mention..So please ask for any other information.

Now to the condition..
The outer sleeve is in great condition with small amounts of shelf wear and one or two "light stains" nothing serious. the spine is very straight. there are no rips or tears and the inside is in great condition..

The inners are not quite as good ..some staining and a little ageing ..One of the sleeves has a 30mm tear on  the bottom edge ..

the labels on all sides have a little ageing and some spindle wear but certainly not excessive..

The vinyl on all sides are still shiny and have some surface marks but again certainly not excessive .

On side 3 there are some small  marks that when play there is some light clicks..these do not last for to long and they are not offensive pops..

The rest of the album on all sides plays very well indeed the odd vinyl reminder but far away from anything serious ..I have played the album all the way through and it was a pleasure (as always ) to listen to..

Oh !! by the way the original sticker it not attacked to the cover i thought it better to leave it like that...

Overall i would give the whole package a strong 7/10..Money back every time if you are not satisfied with my description..
