Pink Floyd The Wall Original US First Press, Columbia, PE2 36183, 1979 Includes Both Original Inserts, and Unused Hype Sticker VERY RARE!!!
This is one of the rarest examples of this title you will find. I have not come across and US original with an unused sticker in years. The vinyl is gorgeous, and this is as complete as it gets. As years go on these unused hype stickers will be completely extinct. With original press' of this LP these stickers were issued to record shops in a big roll. They were torn off individually and given away with every purchase of the wall. Most people either stuck it on the LP jacket, or their car. Someone really wanted to maintain the integrity of his set by never using the one offered here. THIS IS 1000% AUTHENTIC IN EVERY WAY. I would not try to unstick the sticker as it's 34 year old glue has most likely dried to the backing and if unpeeled will not stick any longer. That being said, that would be the case with any 34 year old unused sticker.
Condition:
Vinyl: LP is (NM to NM-), Clean labels, vinyl has that deep black original gloss, quite possibly unplayed. The NM- is only because of some light ghost whisps/surface marks in the vinyl. These are factory defects and literally every Wall original has them. They are not audible, and I'm confident this will be a crystal clear play. Top Copy!
Jacket: (NM- to VG+) Very clean, no splits or heavy wear of any kind, some light shelf wear, and discoloration lower grade (see pics with zoom)
