Description

The Wall is the eleventh studio album by English progressive rock group Pink Floyd. Released as a double album on 30 November 1979, it was subsequently performed live with elaborate theatrical effects, and adapted into a feature film, Pink Floyd The Wall.

A great Pink Floyd Classic, the album is a rock opera that centres on Pink, a character based on RogerWaters.  Pink's life experiences begin with the loss of his father during the Second World War, and continue with ridicule and abuse from his schoolteachers, an overprotective mother and finally, the breakdown of his marriage. All contribute to his eventual self-imposed isolation from society, represented by a metaphorical wall.

Both the cover sleeve and the disc are in EX condition as per the Record Collectors Grading System.

They have been kept in good storage and protected for some years

The "deadwax" part of the record contains the numbers PAL - 36184 - 1M (hand etched) and MX188428 SBP237356-1 <machine embossed> (side1), PBL - 36184 - 1K (hand etched) and MX188429 SBP237356-2 <machine embossed> (side2), PAL - 36185 - 1K (hand etched) and MX188430 SBP237357-1 <machine embossed> (side3) and PBL - 36185 - 1K (hand etched) and MX188431 SBP237357-2 <machine embossed> (side4)

Shipping is done by dedicated Vinyl 12" LP record mailer to ensure safe shipping and I will post to any location via Airmail, Express Post International or Express Courier International at the buyers choice - or buyer can arrange to pick up or for their own courier.
