Two nice albums from an one owner collection. I have not played the records but are in nice shape and look playable.
First Wish You Where Here :
The cover is a 6-7 on a 10 scale with nice color but edge wear. The original paper sleeve 7-8 on a 10. The record looks to be a 7-8 on a 10 scale. I would put a VG for both sides A&B.
Second Animals:
