Condition - Vinyl: Side 1: Near Mint.  Side 2: Near Mint.  Overall still retaining its high gloss sheen finish, virtually un-marked condition and with superb clear crisp audio.

Condition - Sleeve: Front Near Mint.   Rear Near Mint.   Spine is Near Mint.  Inner Card sleeve Near Mint.

Post Card Mint.  Sticker Excellent.

Condition – Inner Sleeve: Excellent+ and original.

Description: This record is from my personal collection and owned from new and only played at the most less then ten times on a very good quality audio system.

Record Grading:

The record is graded as per the standards set out by “Record Collector” Rare Record Price Guide, which is used by the majority of sellers.

All records are examined under a strong light and graded accordingly. In addition, most records are played on high quality equipment (if not personally owned) should there be any doubt of the grading required.

The record is then placed in a new Anti-Static Inner Sleeve (same as Nagaoka without the branding).

Packaging:

Please note that packaging is of the highest quality, I use professional mailers at all times, and each record is supported by two 12" cardboard inserts. The inner sleeve and record are packed individually in order to reduce wear on the sleeve in transit.

Returns:

I must be advised within 3 days of receipt of the item that you wish to make a return (This will usually be 6 days after post date - to allow 3 days for delivery). Item must be returned in the same condition as sent in the original packaging. Postage and any incurred Ebay/PayPal fees will not be refunded - sorry.

PS: Returns on the grounds of condition will not be accepted unless the item has been significantly misrepresented in the description.

Payment - United Kingdom

I accept payment by PayPal, personal Cheques, Bankers Draft Postal Orders or Cash, which must be sent by Special Delivery post only.

PayPal payments must be received within 2 days of the auction ending.

Personal cheques, bankers draft, postal orders or cash must be received within 5 working days of the auction ending.  Please remember to complete the eBay checkout procedure.

By PayPal – item will be sent within 3 working days (confirmed address) or after 7 working days (unconfirmed address).

By PayPal eCheques – item will be sent after cleared funds are confirmed by PayPal (normally takes 7 working days), then sent within 3 working days.

By Cheque or Bankers Draft - item will be sent after cleared funds are confirmed by my bank (advised by my Bank - 7 working days up to the value of £30.  12 working days for over £30) then sent within 3 working days.

By Cash or Postal Order – item will be sent within 3 working days.

Payment - International

I accept payment by PayPal only, payment must be received within 2 days of the auction ending.

Please do not pay before receiving final invoice, which includes the international postal charge.  If you pay using the first automated invoice from eBay that only includes the UK postage, I will send a money request via PayPal for the extra international postage cost.  Until this is paid the item will not be dispatched.

All of my items on eBay are 'sold as seen/described' and if they are mechanical or electrical were working correctly at time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.  Please read the descriptions carefully and look at the images provided.  I try to describe the items to the best of my ability, if in doubt, ask questions, I would like you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Conditions:

1. I always obtain a free Proof of Posting from the Post Office for confirming that I have sent the item, and for compensation purposes.

2. If sent by Recorded Delivery, this proves that I have sent the package and the buyer has received it.  The package is traceable, so if it doesn't arrive I can find out where it is and why.

3. Should your item get lost in the post, I will make a claim against Royal Mail on your behalf.  Because of Royal Mail regulations I can only do this after 15 days as they do not consider the item is lost until this time.

4. Royal Mail pays a fixed compensation maximum rate of £34.00, and for claims under £10.00 they normally return the postage cost as well.

5. If a higher compensation rate is required, the item can be sent by Special Delivery UK or International Signed For overseas, please ask for this service at end of auction.

6. The Buyer must make contact by email if they have a complaint, and I will do my best to resolve it to our mutual satisfaction.

7. I do not accept returned items without agreeing to do this first.

8. Postage and any incurred Ebay/PayPal fees will not be refunded - sorry.

9. If a PayPal chargeback is made against me without allowing me first to go through the Royal Mail Claims Procedure on your behalf, I will make an official complaint to eBay and PayPal and have this decision reversed.  This is to deter the increasing number of fraudulent buyers.
