I am almost certain this is a first pressing (going by the Discogs listing here https://www.discogs.com/release/463597-Pink-Floyd-Wish-You-Were-Here ). I've owned this for quite some years and have barely played it. There is some sticker residue on the front of the sleeve although can be easily removed. 
Media plays well with some pops and general noise hence the condition although when cleaned I'm sure I could have graded it VG+, Inner sleeve has small tears from where the record has worn away over time but doesn't slide out the bottom hence the G+ grading.
Feel free to ask for any more photos/videos etc and I'd be more than happy to provide. Will be cleaned before being shipped and will do so in a strong MusicMax QP2 double walled mailer and will include a brand new Spincare anti static inner sleeve
