Pink Floyd/Screaming Abdabs 'Atom Heart Mother Goes On The Road'
Oscar VD-009 Both discs and the cover are in excellent condition.
Ever notice how every other record on ebay is 'Rare' or 'Classic'? Well this one is certainly both of these things I've never come across another copy and haven't been able to find another copy anywhere on the web so this could be your one and only opportunity to get a hold of this.
It's a live recording of Floyd under their pseudonym 'The Screaming Abdabs' playing at the 'Paris Theatre' London 3/101971. The rear of the sleeve indicates that only 1000 of these were ever pressed although there is oddly no number given. Maybe it's an even rarer test pressing? Whatever it is, how many could have survived the typical Floyd LP owner of the time? It's a miracle it even made it home before the acid crazed stoned buyer started tripping and trying to fly it like a UFO!
I try to grade conservatively according to the Record Collector guidelines as I'd prefer the buyer to be pleasantly surprised rather than a bit disappointed. All of the records I have listed would benefit from a good clean but I'll leave that to the buyer.
