Pink Lanbert Cylinder #541
"Kansas City Star March" by the Metropolitan Band
Here's a nice Pink Lambert in an original box but with no lid. As with most pinkies, this one has shrunk a little and should be gently reamed to fit properly on the mandrel. The cylinder is in good condition, with no heavy scratches, pits, splits or other defects. The march is a good one, the band plays at a fast tempo, and the cylinder is loud and clear. There is some surface noise, but no more than you would expect from any other cylinder of this type. The color is somewhat faded on one side - either the result of sun exposure or uneven coloring at the factory. The box in intact, but fairly dirty. Overall, this is a nice example of a scarce cylinder.
