Pixies – Surfer Rosa

 

Vinyl LP on 4AD from 1988 - CAD 803

 

I guess this may be fairly rare as when it came out in 1988 things were starting to move onto CD.  

 

It was probably only played a couple of times at the time and since then has been stored safely in vertical racking as I’ve since picked up the CD.

 

The cover looks Mint with a couple of very slight creases as you often get with a new LP.

 

The vinyl is shiny and 'As New'.

 

The album has been with me since purchase and if there are any blemishes on the photos it will be camera flash or fluff.

 

I don’t know if this album had more than one pressing, but just for confirmation the matrix numbers are:

 

Side A: A 1

Side B: B 1

 

If it means anything for identification, then Side A has ‘MPO’ and ‘JA WITH AVF’ scratched on the runout grooves. Side B has ‘MPO’ and ‘JA NUDISM’.

 

I'll send out packaged very well in one of those sturdy mailers that Amazon have now perfected!
