You are bidding on a lost extreme rarity of the Madchester era that has been rediscovered due to some crate digging. Playing at Trains picture sleeve of "Walk on Water" is valuable enough but this is even rarer - a white label handwritten and given to a Manchester music journalist - one of a tiny number produced for PR.
The backstory in that this record was released in 1989. It was recorded in the studio of Rus Harrison in Stockton Road, Chorlton, Manchester where The Stone Roses recorded their early material. 
Later Playing at Trains would change their name to Cygnet Ring and become know for their single "Love Crime". Now both have cult interest including "Neo Accoustic" indie  C86 fans in Japan.
