Shipping

Upon receipt of payment, all items are shipped the same or next business day. In some cases, your shipment may require extra materials or extra handling time. We will notify you if this becomes the case. We do our best to ensure that your package is shipped safely so if you have any questions or concerns, please send us a message. Sorry, but we do not ship items internationally unless the buyer chooses to pay for a secured, insured, trackable method of shipment.

Special Note: If your item weighs more than 13 ounces, we can not ship your item to a P.O. Box because we use UPS Ground for anything weighing more than 13 ounces (UPS gives us a significant shipping discount). If you have a P.O. Box, and you are still interested in purchasing from us, you may still purchase from us as long as you change your delivery address to a standard residential or business address. If you do not change your address from a P.O. Box to a standard mail address, we can still ship to the P.O. Box if your item is over 13 ounces but you will be required to pay the difference in UPS to USPS shipping costs. 

Return Policy

If an item is grossly misrepresented, an item can be returned within 14 days for a refund. If we determine that the fault is ours, we will refund the cost, original shipping and return shipping (provided the buyer sends us the item via the correct shipment method). If we determine that the item was not grossly misrepresented, shipping fees will not be refunded but the original cost, minus a restocking fee (no more than 15%), will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt. Some exceptions may apply. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message and we’ll respond to you within 48 hours.
