Description
Gold Label - PMC 1202 - Mono This is the one - the one Dick James published. Virtually as new album - bought in Whitby at at the end of March 1963 - there’s no crackle & hiss - no clicks - I would put it at 8.5 - 9/10 but the sleeve is as of its age and worn - 3-4/10. The inner slleve is completely white except for Patent No 1,125,55 and this has always been the inner sleeve. Side 1 XEX 421 1N - At 9 'o'clock - 1 and at 3 o'clock GW. Side 2 XEX 422 1N - At 9 'o'clock - 12 and at 3 o'clock GP A silly starting price to get it away and no reserve
On 04-Aug-12 at 13:52:05 BST, seller added the following information: In answer to a number of enquiries, the centre rondell is raised - I'd hardly call it a ridge, but it certainly has a lip between the centre label and the rest of the disc. Again, I didn't realise that this was so important. With over 6,000 vinyls from 1962 - 1979 to potentially sell, I suspect I'm going to have to subscribe Record Collector!price rating
