Description

The Beatles 1st press Please Please Me Black and Gold for auction
Has correct Dick James credits - Photo: AngusMc Bean on front lower right corner starting after last S in Songs - Ernest J Day & co on rear lower right corner.
Original 1963 Parlophone LP PMC 1202
Matrix Numbers: XEX 421-N / XEX 422 -N
Vinyl rated VG  Sleeve rated VG +
Side one: Visually this has a great sheen with very few light scratches and scuffs. There is only light static noise and light clicks on the run in and between tracks. No jumps or skips Very nice tone and sound.
Side two: Visually this has a nice sheen but shows more light scratches and scuffs.  There is more noticeable static and clicks on the run in and between tracks. There is also a more noticeable scratch across tracks 6 and 7 -  however I could not hear any clicks during these two tracks - probably because they are two of the louder songs. There are light clicks during tracks 3 4 and 5 - audible in the quieter passages. No jumps or skips. Nice tone and sound.
Labels are clean apart from small sticker removal mark on side two. No real spindle wear.
The sleeve has scuffs to all for corners and some light creasing and a very small tea stain on the rear cover. but is in great condition for it's age.
Comes with original Emitex inner sleeve in good condition.
I have described the condition honestly so please look at all the photos and contact me if you have any questions. I am not a dealer.

I will post within two days by First Class signed for delivery. Posted in a secure mailer with cardboard stiffeners. Vinyl in a new white inner sleeve with original inner sleeve included separately to avoid damage in transit. Posts to UK only.
Paypal or cash on collection only.
