Description
You are bidding on an original copy of the only album released by the Boston psychedelic band Phluph in 1968 on the Verve label.
This band was considered part of the "Bostown Sound" hype marketing scheme thought up by Alan Lorber in order to promote several of the bands he managed during the late sixties Boston scene despite the fact that the bands didn't have any common sound or hard associations like those in San Francisco or LA at the time. Still, the album is considered a collector's item today by those who have interest in bands from the late 60's Boston era.
The record is in NM- condition, has nothing but a few minor paper scuffs, and plays great! I don't think it was played more than once or twice by the looks of it.
The jacket is in VG++ condition, and contains no major or even minor flaws to speak of (only the slightest noticeable wear).
Comes with the original Verve inner sleeve of the period showing other company recording artists.
