Vinyl looks EX+ to EX++ : light, faint marks / scuffs and   small, playable light scratch on A-3.
Vinyl plays EX+ to EX++, mostly EX++ : light background crackle and clicks in various (mostly short) passages.
Matrix lead-out : 1LT/1LT
Labels are EX++
Gatefold cover is EX- to EX : seam-tear top-right; various imperfections.
Includes a HQ inner-sleeve (pictured) which the vinyl is stored in after being professionally machine-cleaned and graded.
Out of print original ~
