Condition of jacket:  Good only with some light rubbing and ring wear. Top edge split a few inches from corner. Bottom seam partially split at center, with about half of bottom split. Signed by all four band members on the back of jacket. One of the signatures is made out to "Roni".

Condition of record:  Excellent, very glossy, appears almost like new with only some extremely slight scuffing.
