Description
You are bidding on…………….
Artist: Porcupine Tree ?
Title: Voyage 34 (L.P.) limited edition
Cat no: delec-ep-007
Record condition: Visually VG+ with light surface marks and some light poly sleeve scuffing, but please also see notes.
Sleeve condition: VG++ with original sticker.
Label condition: ex/ex
Notes: OK. Here is where it gets a bit freaky. As if Voyage 54 could get any freakier! Shortly after the 'suicide' talky bit, this record sometimes sticks. I say sometimes, but let me explain. With my arm on anything between medium and heavy setting, it never skips, but on a light setting it often sticks, but for a random ammount of time, and then it rights itself and carries on as if nothing has happened. Sometimes a couple of revolutions, and sometimes as many as 8 or 9. But it always magically corrects itself in the end. Spooky. It is like Leary and Wilson conspired to make this copy double-trippy. Well, that's about the lot really, and full disclosure, but don't let it put you off. The opposite should be true. It makes the record even more appealing! Let's start at 99p and enjoy the trip!
I have been a lover of music and collector of vinyl all my life. For health reasons, I am having to give up my job, so I am now hoping to turn my hobby into a small business. I will be selling all sorts of records and collectibles from the last 7 decades. I will always do my very best to describe each item honestly and to include as many pictures as I can. Please look at all the pictures, as I use very high-resolution kit so you can zoom right in on them. I will also go into as much detail as time allows so that you can understand exactly what you are bidding on. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, I offer a full refund upon return of the item. (excludes ‘job-lots’).
I will always protect my records properly for posting and insist upon tracked and signed parcels outside of the UK, unless by prior agreement, as this helps reassure both of us. I will always combine multiple wins to keep postage as reasonable as possible.
I sometimes recycle poor records as extra strength for my packaging. Just for fun and good-will, every now and then, I pop in something tasty! A relatively valuable or iconic disc, so folks……………….
ALWAYS CHECK ANY BONUS PACKAGING CAREFULLY! You never know what goodies you might find!
When you find a nice bit of quality, please share the news anyway you like to do that. Oh, also mention the disc in feedback if you can. It is fun my end to see if all the treats and treasures get spotted. Good luck, and keep your eyes peeled, music lovers!
As well as the buying and selling of music and memorabilia, I offer lots of other services. Collections purchased. Comprehensive valuation service for single records or entire collections. Probate and disposal. Storage help and products. Cleaning service. Record protection. Rare vinyl finding service. Bespoke themed packs of 7”s or LP’s for 60s, 70s, 80s parties. Please email me for more details.
Thank you for visiting my new Ebay shop and please also visit my real-life stall at Upmarket22, Church Road, Burgess Hill, in West Sussex.
Simon - GREEN VINYL – Stall 51
GREAT NEWS FOLKS! We have now moved into our first high-street location. Find my stall at Upmarket22, which is in Church Road, Burgess Hill RH15 9AE. I am one minute from the station. Oh, and there is also a cracking cafe on site, which, in my opinion, does the best toasted sandwiches in the town!
