Played once (Played it a few years ago and haven't touched it since)

Top of the cover has some tear (see pictures)

The sleeve also has some tear on the side (see pictures)

Still includes the download card (didn't test the code. not sure if it still works)

I will clean the record with deionized water before shipping out
