Description

Up for bids is the NWOBHM favorite Praying Mantis. This auction offers not only the Time Tells No Lies LP but also the RARE 12 inch EP Soundhouse Tapes Part 2 release from 1979. These are both the original UK pressings. Praying Mantis appeared on the 1st Metal for Muthas Compilation (which I have available on a separate auction) with the track Captured City. This track also appears on the Soundhouse Tapes release included in this auction. The LP artwork is by Rodney Matthews, who also went on to make covers for Nazareth, Magnum & Bitches Sin. This album also has a picture sleeve, Praying Mantis color vinyl label and a merchandise order form (see photos). All items are in Near Mint condition except for the Soundhouse Tapes jacket which is showing some ring wear.
