"Big Ball In Memphis" "Black Annie" 

VG/VG+ condition!  Nice looking gloss, and is clean!  Some signs of being played regularly, with some wear due to it's age and use.  Light scuffing, marks, tiny scratches.  Overall a slightly better than average condition 78!  A good player copy, not a junker at all...  You should be happy!
